Appointments
We provide a fully mobile physiotherapy service allowing us to assess your dog or cat in the comfort of their own home. This reduces the need for unnecessary and potentially uncomfortable or painful car journeys for pets which may be recovering from surgery or injury. Many pets also find trips to the vets stressful and we find that by visiting in your home your pet will be more relaxed and the physiotherapy treatment will be more effective.
If your pet is undergoing a period of hospitalisation and would benefit from physiotherapy whilst in the Veterinary Hospital we can liaise with your veterinary team to assess and treat your pet whilst in hospital and incorporate a treatment plan into their nursing care.
We are also able to offer physiotherapy at a suitable location for you should your superstar animal athletes require physiotherapy prior to an important competition.
Appointments are available between 9:00 am and 5:00pm Monday to Wednesday I currently lecture Thursday and Friday at Moreton Morrell but appointments can be arranged on these days by prior arrangement.
Please contact Hayley on 07972 438684 or hayley@vitalityvp.com if you would like an appointment.

All animals must be referred by a veterinary surgeon to be seen for a physiotherapy assessment and treatment. This is a simple process so please contact me to arrange the referral from your vets however you may also wish to speak to your vets so they are aware of your intentions.
Insurance
As a member of the NAVP many insurance companies will cover the cost of your pets physiotherapy treatments. If you would like your insurance to cover the costs of your pets treatments please contact your insurance company before booking an appointment to ensure the costs will be met. If your pets insurance policy covers for physiotherapy we still ask for payment at the time of treatment which can then be claimed back from your insurance company.
